Our Stores

Publishing more independently

OUR DECISION MAKING

In June 2025 we decided to start publishing more independently because we need and want more control over our own creative output.
We decided that we would use a third party platform (or rather platforms) as we personally want to focus all our time on creating content: products as well as freebies, youtube videos and the occasional blog post.
We also want to post our art and be part of the 3d Art community with galleries on DeviantArt, Renderhub, ArtStation and Daz3d (content permitting).
At the same time we will continue to post new products on Daz3d.

This means that at the moment we have two lines of products:

1. Our main releases are available on Patreon, 3D Shards, Flipped Normals, Renderhub and Artstation.
We decided to release on several different stores because we want to reach people on platforms they are already familiar with, rather than pretend they subscribe to our platform of choice.
We try to release on them as simultaneously as possible, but in any case it’s always on the same day, even if a few hours apart. The same it’s true for sales, they will always be featured on all the websited in the same date range, even though some starting and ending times may be different depending on the websites.

2. Our secondary releases are available exclusively through daz3d, these are mostly poses packages and add-ons for products already sold there.

There is no difference in quality (always top notch!) when it comes to our main and secondary releases, only in content type and scope.

For those used to buy our creations at Daz3d, please, know that our store is not closing down, no products will be retired and that we will continue releasing product

As for our indie platforms, here’s a little breakdown about them:

On Patreon we will be offering our releases as Posts (= products to be purchased).
There is no membership cost involved as only a free membership is required (essentially you need to be registered and follow us on the platform).
Every new release will be a purchasable post, not unlike a classic product release.

We’ve been big fans of independent publishing and Patreon from the beginning, however the subscription model couldn’t work for us, but now, with posts, it’s become a viable solution.

Content: no heavy content restrictions in terms of nudity, we have an 18+ flagged profile. We do not plan any adult content, only artistic nudity.

3D Shards is a Daz Studio focused brokering website created and managed by content creators. They have an approach that is based both on vendor and customer happyness and are very light-handed in terms of content moderation. They also leave pricing in the hands of the vendors.
Products are tested before release.

We hope to see 3D Shards grow to become a big player in this market as they are trying to create a nurturing community / store for Daz Studio content creators as well as users.
It’s is refreshing to see someone trying to take back the good things from the past and we’re happy to support them.

We like this store because it’s focused on high-quality content, has a streamlined and professional looking website and offers very high commision cuts.
It’s a website created by professional content creators and it shows in their policy and approach to content making and selling.
We were accepted as vendors and are happy to be part of this high-profile community.

ArtStation has been our official website for a few years before we (re)launched aeonsoul.com, it’s slated to become part of FAB in October 2025 and as far as digital, 3d content is concerned it’s a big marketplace.
Vendors manage themselves autonomously and pay low fees.

ArtStation’s marketplace was quite high-profile when it launched, but in the last couple of years it’s been oversaturated by AI content that’s hard to avoid. Hopefully as it mergers into FAB it will go back to a more professional profile.

Renderhub is a popular Daz Studio content store and has a great looking, active gallery section. Overall it’s a good looking and functional website / community.

They often run interesting contests with quite good prizes.

Non-indie platforms:

Daz3d is the developer behind Daz Studio and the Genesis characters, and it’s, by default, the main, largest and foremost marketplace for Daz Studio content.

The marketplace is curated: your submission needs to be accepted, your promotional material is reviewed and then the products are tested.
Once tested they are released as the marketing team sees fit (the whole process can take 2 to 5 weeks).
Products must be exclusive.

We have been selling on Daz3d since 2015 and had also sold through them before 2010 as Aery Soul. Things dramatically changed between these two periods in terms of product control by the vendors. Before, vendors could approve the final product page and they set their own sales, today everything is at Daz3d’s discretion and no information or plan is shared.

There are earning benefits for top vendors. It’s not clear how many vendors have access to these additional tiers of revenue and vendors do not know their rank (the possible bonus is posted on their account at the beginning of the following month), earnings are paid with a month of delay.

Daz3d does not share any store / sales data with vendors.

Thanks for your interest!

IT’S APPRECIATED!

Thanks for your interest in our creative output and the stores we sell through. Hopefully you’ll find something of interest among our offers and the right place to acquire it :)!

If you are new to the hobby and have any doubts about products, feel free to get in touch (you can find a contact us at the bottom of each page).
